Milwaukee Killer Cop Charged with Rape

Milwaukee cop Dominique Heaggan-Brown, who shot and killed a man in the summer, is accused of sexually assaulting incapacitated victims, trying to pay for sex and taking nude photos of “unsuspecting acquaintances.” So reports The New York Daily News.

Heaggan-Brown killed Sylville Smith, who authorities say refused to relinquish his weapon during an encounter with police, as he fled a traffic stop on Aug. 13, sparking riots. An unidentified man who claimed he was watching coverage of the protests with Heaggan-Brown at a bar after the shooting said the officer raped him, according to a complaint filed by the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office.

If convicted on all counts, he could be sentenced to more than 80 years in prison and fined more than $200,000.
