Prosecutor Reviewing Gorilla Incident at Cincinnati Zoo

Cincinnati police handed over to a prosecutor the probe into the incident at the Cincinnati Zoo involving the shooting of a gorilla that had a small boy in its enclosure. So reports Time.

Hamilton County Prosecutor Joseph Deters is reviewing the matter. The police department was considering criminal charges into the family members supervising the three-year-old who fell into the gorilla’s habitat, but it is unclear if police recommended charges against the boy’s mom, who made a 9-1-1 call at the time of the incident.
