Son Sues Rehab Center For Making His Mom Batty

The son of a woman who entered a New York City rehabilitation center to be treated for rheumatoid arthritis has filed a lawsuit alleging the center made her confused and incoherent. So reports The New York Post.

The patient, Vicky Ortiz, 71, had formerly been treated without incident at the Fort Tryon Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Fort Washington. That made her son’s discovery of her completely naked in her room there particularly shocking.
