Khashoggi Widow’s Spyware Suit Tossed Over Jurisdiction  

A federal judge tossed out a lawsuit brought against the NSO Group by Jamal Khashoggi’s widow. So reports The Washington Post.

nso group logoThe widow of Khashoggi, a journalist who was murdered in 2018 in an apparent Saudi-approved operation, sued the Israeli spyware company after alleging its tech was used to track the couple prior to her late husband’s execution. The judge said, though, the allegations were not “sufficiently connected to Virginia” where the suit was initially filed leading to its dismissal.
