Jan. 6 Lawyer Scolded for Delaying Client’s Trial, Misleading Court  

U.S. District Judge Trevor McFadden reprimanded attorney Joseph McBride after accusing him of misleading the court with respect to his withdrawal from Jan. 6 defendant Christopher Quaglin’s trial. So reports The Associated Press.

Capitol Riot Oath KeepersMcBride handed the case to Jonathan Gross, who was said to “knows Quaglin’s case well.” However, Gross informed McFadden he did not feel comfortable representing Quaglin because he doesn’t practice criminal law, and further, it appears McBride himself was actually fired.
