Google Hit with Multiple Sanctions Over Data Privacy, Anti-trust Cases  

A U.S. court sanctioned Google for dragging its feet to comply with a recent data-privacy ruling, the second time in just a few days the company was legally reprimanded for its actions. So reports Reuters.

google 76517 640smallU.S. Magistrate Judge Susan van Keulen’s ruling was born of a class action lawsuit alleging the tech giant unlawfully tracked its users while they were in the “private” version of its Chrome browser. Google was also sanctioned for failing to properly preserve employee chat records in a separate antitrust case.
