Margera filed the lawsuit against Johnny Knoxville, Jeff Tremaine, Spike Jonze and Paramount Pictures after being dismissed from production after failing several drug tests. The actor’s attorney requested the lawsuit be “dismissed with prejudice.” It is unclear if a settlement was reached prior to the filing.
