Whitley, a graduate of the school and veteran of the legal industry, will replace Matt Gruber who took a leadership position at Sagamore Capital Management. Whitley previously held executive positions at Bingham McCutchen LLP and Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP as well as practiced law at a number of law firms in Boston.
