The plaintiffs’ complaint states divers “‘destroy” the “enjoyment of their property, annihilate their privacy, and threaten the public safety and order.” The lawsuit calls for a remedy from the U.S. District Court in Massachusetts. As of press time, a representative from the town said it had not yet been served and offered no other comment.
