ER Tech Arrested For Fondling Sedated Patient

A Palm Springs emergency room technician is facing criminal charges and potential civil liability for allegedly fondling a male patient’s genitals during a procedure. So reports NBC News.

A cell phone video, recorded by the sedated patient himself, shows 53-year-old Renee Martinez putting his hand in the patient’s boxer shorts twice. Martinez has been arrested and charged with two counts of simple battery and two counts of an unnatural and lascivious act.
