The Duchess is suing the publisher of Mail on Sunday for allegedly publishing a private letter in violation of the law. Sherborne, who has represented other high-profile figures like Elton John, Harry Styles and Victoria and David Beckham, is representing Markel’s interests with respect to misuse of private information, infringement of copyright and breach of data protection.
