Fortnite Maker Sues YouTube Star Over Cheat Software

YouTube star Brandon ‘Golden Modz’ Lucas is being sued by Epic Games, developer of the popular online game Fortnite, for allegedly selling "cheat versions" of the game. So reports Time.

Lucas has more than 1.7 million subscribers and is facing the lawsuit in North Carolina Federal Court. Along with Lucas, gamer Colton “Excentric” Conter, is also being sued for breach of contract, copyright infringement and tortious interference.

Lucas said he is being unfairly targeted, though, and other gamers are creating the same content free of repercussion.
