Judge Faces Removal for Oral Sex with Social Worker in Chambers

Judge Thomas Estes, of Massachusetts, will be suspended indefinitely for engaging in "sexual acts" in his chambers with a social worker. So reports WHEC.

He could possibly be removed from the bench. The Supreme Judicial Court claims Estes’ "grave, willful and repeated wrongdoing" tarnished the public's faith in the judiciary.

Tammy Cagle, the woman Estes engaged in the acts with, said the judge pressured her to provide oral sex and then forced her out of her drug-court job when she tried to end their trysts.

Estes contends the relationship was consensual, though, and Cagle both initiated and hoped to continue their relations.
