Ex-Doughnut Plant Manager Sues Store For Discrimination Over Pregnancy

A former personnel manager of two New York City Doughnut Plant stores has filed an employment discrimination lawsuit against the company for demoting her and ultimately firing her after she told the company’s owners that she was pregnant. So reports DNA Info

Sofsky says she was fired five days after her lawyer sent Doughnut Plant a letter demanding that they stop discriminating against her.
