Lawsuit: Chick-fil-A Cherry Caused Heart Attack

A woman is alleging she suffered heart attack brought on by a tooth fracture she suffered from biting down on the cherry she was served at a Texas Chick-fil-A. So reports the San Francisco Gate.

The woman has filed a lawsuit against the restaurant chain and the company that supplies its maraschino cherries. She claims the maraschino cherry on top of the milkshake she ordered wasn’t properly de-pitted, and that she fractured two teeth below the gum-line when she bit into it. The fracture, she claims, caused her to develop sepsis, which caused her heart attack.
