Who Are the Real Winners of Obama’s Health Law?

About 10 million people have gained health insurance this year as a result of the much debated Affordable Care Act. So reports The New York Times.  

Demographics that have benefitted the most are; those aged 18 to 34, blacks, Hispanics and those living in rural area.

Large increases in coverage included rural Arkansas and Nevada, portions of New Mexico, the southern portion of Texas, and inland California, among others.
