5 States Weighing Bills to Allow Businesses to Deny Service to Gays

Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer vetoed the Grand Canyon State’s Religious Freedom Restoration Act last week, but legislation that would strengthen a business owner’s right to refuse service to homosexuals is still on the table in five U.S. states. So reports ABC News.

In one of those states, Oklahoma, legislators are working to get a version of the Religious Freedom Restoration Act’s “language tightened up to prevent there from being any fiascos like there have been elsewhere," according to one Oklahoma congressmen.
