Nike Battling 'Satan' in Bizarre Shoe Showdown

Nike has temporarily blocked any further sales of the “Satan Shoes” being marketed and distributed by recording artists Lil Nas X and MSCHF. So reports CBS News.

nike 311452 1280A U.S. District Court in New York signed off on the shoemaker's temporary restraining order blocking the sales. The shoes, which are modified versions of the Nike Air Max 97, are said to each contain one drop of human blood and are being marketed with a bevy of Biblical symbolism. Nike has also filed a dilution and trademark infringement complaint against the MSCHF art collective.
