Travis Scott, Producers Facing Copyright Suit Over '$20M' Hit Song

Travis Scott is being sued by songwriters Olivier Bassil, Lukas Benjamin Leth and Benjamin Lasnier for allegedly stealing the melody for his song “Highest in the Room.” So reports Complex.

music sheet 1327003 640The copyright infringement suit also names other producers and authors on the recording who allegedly feigned interest making a deal with the plaintiffs only to take credit for their work. The plaintiffs are seeking damages and royalties for stealing their work to help create the hit song they say generated “at least $20 million.”
