Judge with Coronavirus Overseeing Stay-home Case in Washington

A judge in Washington who recently tested positive for COVID-19 is being asked to consider a temporary restraining order pertaining to Gov. Jay Inslee's anti-pandemic stay-home order. So reports KOMO News.

Thouse 4952681 640smallhe judge, Kristin Ferrera, is overseeing a lawsuit from Wenatchee City Council Member Jose Cuevas and his attorney who claim the governor’s order is too restrictive and inhibits local governments. It’s the first of its kind to be heard in a courtroom.
