Cop Charged in 'Russian Roulette' Death Hit with Lawsuit

Nathaniel Hendren, a St. Louis police officer who was charged in the fatal shooting of a colleague after a game of Russian roulette, is being sued by the dead officer's mother. So reports The Star Tribune.

Katlyn Alix's mother said Hendren has a "complicated psychiatric" record and the lawsuit contends he has a history of forcing women to play the potentially deadly game. Hendren pleaded not guilty to "first-degree manslaughter and armed criminal action" as a result of the incident, which allegedly involved alcohol.
