Nundra was accusing of killing Moore two years ago. A year prior to the shooting, Nundra had been released from prison. South Georgia District Attorney Joe Mulholland evoked images of a widow’s empty bed while describing the case.
Officials say Nundra was one of three men who planned to rob a store, but that they came upon Moore first. Nundra was sentenced to life without parole for the killing.
