No-show Ohio Lawyer May Get License Back, Per Conduct Board

Andrew J. Brenner, who failed to show up to court when his client’s case came before a judge and subsequently lost his law license, may get his license back provided he meet certain requirements. So reports The Dayton Daily News.

The Ohio Board of Professional Conduct has recommended Brenner again be allowed to practice law so long as he completes a treatment and counseling course and makes restitution to his client. He must also pay court costs and will be subjected to monitored probation.
