N.J. Magazine Law Stands Amid Challenge By NRA Affiliates

A U.S. appeals court upheld a New Jersey statute limiting the size of gun magazines. So reports the Associated Press.

The law limits “most” gun owners to 10 rounds per magazine, down from the 15 rounds permitted in a 1990 law. The 2-1 ruling denied a motion from those trying to block the law via temporary injunction. The Association of New Jersey Rifle and Pistol Clubs is planning an appeal.
