Blasey Ford accused Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of sexually assaulting her when they were teenagers. Blasey Ford's lawyer, Debra Katz, said she would only testify if she were given "terms that are fair and which ensure her safety."

She has expressed interest in a full investigation into the incident prior to her testimony.
