Ex-NFL Player Sues Lawyer Representing Him in Concussion Case

Former NFL player and high school coach Corey Fuller is suing the lawyer representing him in a concussion case after claiming the attorney lost his life savings. So reports the Tallahassee Democrat

The lawsuit, filed in Leon County Circuit Court, alleges P. Timothy Howard took funds “under false pretenses” and put it into an investment fund run by a felon who is no longer allowed to give financial advice. Fuller invested $700,000 in the fund. Howard is also accused of fraud and legal malpractice.
