Woman Says T-Mobile Employee Stole Sex Video Off Cellphone: Lawsuit

Keely Hightower of Florida is suing a T-Mobile store after she claimed an employee lifted a sex video off her phone while making repairs. So reports the Associated Press.

Hightower said she suspected the employee, Roberto Sanchez Ramos, was taking too long while working on her cellphone. After spotting an unfamiliar email sent from her account, she alerted police about possible foul play. Ramos was arrested and sentenced to jail, prior to the lawsuit.
