Father Charged with Homicide for Ignoring Son's Diabetes

Robert Glazner of Wisconsin was charged with second degree reckless homicide for failing to properly manage and treat his 15-year-old son’s Type 1 diabetes. So reports the Associated Press.

Glazner is in jail on a $500,000 cash bond. The teen, Bryden Glazner, was vomiting prior to his August 4 death and had not had a sugar reading for two days before he died. A complaint states Bryden rotated time between his parents, who are divorced, and was with his father at the time of death.
