Rapper Meek Mill Claims Judge is Stalling His Appeal

Rapper Meek Mill claims a Pennsylvania judge is stalling his post-sentencing motions, making an appeal of his probation-violation case nearly impossible. So reports The New York Daily News.

Mill was since denied a petition allowing him to go free on bail by Court of Common Pleas Judge Genece Brinkley. Mill was arrested more than a decade ago on a gun charge and recently tested positive for prescription Percocet, got into an altercation at a St. Louis airport and was illegally riding a dirt bike in New York. Criminal charges were dropped, though, after he entered a diversion program.
