2 Chainz, bodyguard Sued By Paparazzo After Alleged Assault

Longtime paparazzo and videographer R.J. Capak is planning a lawsuit against rapper 2 Chainz and a member of his private security after allegedly being knocked out by the rapper’s bodyguard. So reports The New York Daily News.

Capak said he was waiting to photograph actress Rose McGowan outside NBC studios in Manhattan when he started filming Tauheed Epps, which is 2 Chainz’ given name, who is in a wheelchair following an August accident.

The bodyguard, Rory Smith, allegedly punched Capak causing him to fall and hit his head. Smith was charged with misdemeanor assault, attempted assault and harassment charges.
