The lawsuit, filed in Manhattan Federal Court, alleges Harris proceeded to badmouth the student after she rejected him. The lawsuit asserts Harris has a long history of inappropriate behavior and asserts the university was “deliberately indifferent.”
Harris has taught at the school for five decades, the lawsuit states.
