Trump Hacker Wants Charges Dropped Due to Prez Encouraging Hacking

Authorities claim private investigator Jordan Hamlett used an online student loan application tool to try to obtain then-candidate Donald Trump’s tax data. So reports Politico.

Hamlett was unsuccessful, and his attorney argued Trump once invited Russian operatives to hack Hillary Clinton’s emails saved on the private server she used during her time as Secretary of State. Hamlett’s attorney, Michael Fiser, is seeking to have the felony charges dismissed. Fiser also claims his client’s Miranda rights were violated.
