Former Knicks star Charles Oakley was charged with three third-degree misdemeanor counts of assault and a third-degree count of criminal trespass after an altercation in the stands of Madison Square Garden. So reports ESPN.

Oakley was sitting near Knicks owner James Dolan and was reported by police to have been making comments directed at Dolan. A court date is schedule for March.
