Chris Christie ‘Probable Cause’ Ruling Sent Back to Lower Court

New Jersey state Superior Court Judge Bonnie Mizdol overturned a lower court ruling that found probable cause of misconduct against New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie. So reports Time.

Christie's administration was allegedly involved in a lane-closure scandal on the George Washington Bridge. Christie's attempt to have the complaint dismissed was denied, though, and the judge ordered a new hearing in municipal court. Two of Christie’s former aides were convicted for their roles in the scandal late last year.
