Man Sues Casino Over Free Drinks After He Assaults Girlfriend

Nicholas Mullins, who served four years in prison for attacking his girlfriend, Caitlin Shields, is suing the Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem for serving him too many free drinks prior to the incident, which occurred on the casino's premises. So reports ABC News.

Mullins contends the casino should have been more vigilant considering the history of alcohol abuse he and his girlfriend share. Shields was not charged criminally in the incident, but was alleged by Mullins to have instigated the incident upon his losing $800.
