Hague Sues Pokemon Go Maker Over Beach Disturbances

A coastal Netherlands town, Hague, is suing the mobile app game Pokemon Go's creators after the company failed to respond to concerns about the game's impact on the local protected beaches. So reports Time.

As a result, Niantic Labs has an Oct. 11 court date. Hague is seeking a ban of "virtual animals" in the protected areas as well as between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. in the streets.
