You Can Be Canned for Being Hot: Judge

Termination for being too attractive is not unlawful under anti-discrimination laws, according to Manhattan judge Shlomo Hagler. So reports The New York Post.

Dilek Edwards, a massage therapist and yoga teacher claimed she was wrongfully terminated by her ex-bosses, former Playboy Playmate Stephanie Adams and her husband Charles Nicolai, who co-own Wall Street Chiropractic and Wellness.

Edwards said she was terminated after Adams grew jealous because Nicolai admitted Edwards was "too cute." She contested that appearance is directly related to gender, but Judge Hagler disagreed. Edwards is planning an appeal.
