Cody Morris, 18, and two of his friends entered a McDonald’s only to dump out the contents of the water cups they’d ordered at the fast food restaurant’s drive-thru and fill them up with soda. When the manager asked Morris and his companions to return the cups, all but Morris acquiesced.
Morris then struck the manager with his car twice when the manager stood behind Morris’s car in an effort to block the trio’s escape.
