Kristen Johnson pleaded guilty to sharing an unlawful surveillance photo, a misdemeanor. The nurse, who used to work at Upstate University Hospital in Syracuse, agreed to spend three years on probation in the plea deal that saw her felony charges reduced.
The Onondaga County District Attorney’s Office conducted a nine month investigation prior to her arrest. Authorities also were said to also have found pictures of another nurse cleaning a comatose patient’s gastrointestinal blood clot.
