Blackhawks Minor Leaguer Charged in ‘Revenge Porn' Case

Chicago Blackhawks minor league prospect Garret Ross has been charged for allegedly engaging in felony revenge porn. So reports The New York Daily News.

Ross is accused of sharing x-rated photos of a woman without her permission. Illinois recently enacted new revenge porn laws. It is one of 28 states with laws governing revenge porn, and in Illinois revenge porn photos do not need to be posted to the Internet in order for charges to be brought.

Those convicted on felony revenge porn charges in Illinois can face up to three years in prison and up to $25,000 in fines. Ross plays for the AHL team the Rockford IceHogs and was drafted by Chicago in 2012.
