Coronado, 32, claimed she stabbed 2-year-old Sophia, 16-month-old Yazmine and 2-month-old Xenia because she was suffering from postpartum psychosis. But her obstetrician testified that she did not exhibit any signs of depression after her third daughter was born two months before the murders.
