Female Partners Underrepresented in Middle Management: Study

An informal study shows that women occupy only 19.8% of the regional management positions at the nation’s 10 biggest law firms by revenue. So reports Bloomberg BNA.

With female managing partners at 7 of its 17 U.S. offices, Jones Day has the highest number of women in middle management roles. Neither Baker & McKenzie nor White & Case had any female regional managing partners. Kirkland & Ellis was not included in the study because it does not have regional managing partners.
