Her suit, which names both Arnold & Porter and Williams Lea, the staffing agency that placed her, claims her Williams Lea supervisors urged her to keep her pregnancy a secret from the law firm’s employees. It’s not clear whether the firm itself was aware of Wright’s pregnancy.
