High Court’s Prop 2 Decision: What Are the Implications?

Coalition to Defend Affirmative Action' decision actually undermines the "political process doctrine,” an interpretation of the Equal Protection clause that holds that some questions are by nature fundamentally political, not legal, and therefore not appropriate for a court to decide.
