Kids Jailed For Not Communicating With Dad Are Now in His Custody

Three children who were famously sent to juvenile detention for violating a court order that required them to maintain a relationship with their father are back in their father’s custody. So reports the Detroit Free Press.

The attorney appointed to represent the children, ages 9, 11, and 14, and the judge, who ordered them to spend time in juvenile detention, faulted the children’s mother, an eye surgeon, with their estrangement from their father. The kids are back in their dad’s custody following a controversial, court-ordered, intensive therapy treatment designed to treat parental alienation.
