Inmate Pleads Guilty to Trying to Have His Parents Killed From Jail

He was caught after a confidential source contacted the prison to report that Silicani had been soliciting a hit man’s services. Investigators then directed the source to have Silicani contact an undercover agent who impersonated a killer for hire.
