Knoyme King’s lawsuit alleges that executives, including Aaron Slator, who was dismissed from his position as AT&T's president of content and advertising sales, passed King over for promotions and paid her unfairly because of her race and age. The suit claims that Slator “harbors obvious and deep-seated racial animus toward African Americans," a prejudice that the suit claims is evidenced by racist images that Slator kept on his work cell phone.
