Court Denies 'Gossip Girl' Star’s Right to Raise Her Kids in the U.S.

A California court denied “Gossip Girl” star Kelly Rutherford’s right to bring her two American-born children back to the United States from France, where they live with their father. So reports The New York Daily News.

A judge ordered the two children to live in France with their father, Rutherford’s ex-husband Daniel Giersch, back in 2012. Because Visa issues prevent Giersch from entering the United States, the court decided it would be better to have them live with him in France than fly back-and-forth to the European country. There were no allegations that Rutherford was a bad parent.
