A Manhattan Supreme Court tossed out a prenuptial agreement between a Swiss-born woman and her privileged husband because it was written in German—a language she does not speak—and she was misled about it its contents. So reports The New York Post.

The prenup was signed by New York gallery owner Nathalie Karg before her marriage to Anton Kern, the son of famed painter Georg Kern Baselitz, whose work is exhibited at MoMA and the Guggenheim.
