Hersey Sues to Prevent Import of British Candy Favorites

The Hershey Company has filed a lawsuit to prevent the import of British candy with packaging that Hershey says too closely resembles its own brands. So reports Fox News.

The trademark infringement suit, which names LBB Imports as a defendant and is pending in Pennsylvania court, could prevent the sale in U.S. stores of Yorkie chocolate bars, British Toffee Crisp, and the British version of Cadbury Crème Eggs.
